Need an EPC

When you order an EPC from us, you deal directly with the energy assessor. There are no up-front costs - just pay the assessor on the day of the survey and the certificate will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours.

Our areas of operation

We operate mainly in the RG and GU postcode areas covering North Hampshire and adjoining areas of Surrey and Berkshire. So if you need an EPC for a property in the Fleet, Farnham, Aldershot, Farnborough, Camberley, Wokingham, Bracknell, Reading, Newbury, Basingstoke or Alton areas, we can almost certainly help. By offering this local service, we are not only able to respond quickly (usually within hours) but we bring with us a wealth of local knowledge about the types of residential property found in our area.

Established in 2008, we have a good knowledge of a wide range of local building types, including their likely age of construction, subsequent modifications, construction type and energy performance characteristics.

Our clients

Our main clients are local solicitors and estate agents, as well as national EPC providers. However, we also welcome direct enquiries from individual property owners and landlords. If you need to use our services, you should not be put off by the apparent complexity of the requirements. We offer a friendly service that can guide you through the process and ease the burden considerably.

Our energy assessors

In order to prepare the EPC, one of our assessors will need to visit the property to collect the necessary information. EPC surveys can take from 30 minutes, for a small house or flat, to 1 1/2 hours for more complex 3- and 4-bedroom properties. Our surveyors are fully qualified Domestic Energy Assessors, registered with SAVA and NHER - both nationally recognised organisations that set high professional standards for their members and insist on rigorous quality control procedures.

Because our surveyors will be entering all parts of your property, they need to be thoroughly reliable and trustworthy. As part of their accreditation, they have all been the subject of Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) checks, and will always produce identification. So, you need have no concerns on this point either.

All our work is covered by professional indemnity insurance, and we are required to operate an approved complaints procedure (which may be inspected on request).
